Delta is a holding company set up in 2002 by Cassa di Risparmio della Repubblica di San Marino and Estuari financial management company, seated in Bologna.
The Delta's business model is articulated on all the segments of the value chain, from production to sale and post-sale, for an integrated credit management.
In these last years, the Delta Group continued to pursue its strategies and fulfilled its projects to develop the three segments around which it is organized: product companies, distribution companies, service companies. The Group thus strengthened its profile as an organic structure to become a point of reference and provide an increasingly wider range of products and services targeted at the retail segment – essentially identified in private costumers, household customers and small enterprises.

By order of the Bank of Italy of 17 August 2007, effective from 1 January 2007, Delta Spa was entered in the Register under Article 64 of TUB (Testo Unico delle Leggi in materia Bancaria e creditizia, Consolidation Act on Banking and Credit Laws) and assumed the status of banking parent company.
